Special Events
We are always looking to serve the needs of the area's best athletes. Special events may be inserted into the schedule at any time with notice.

Volunteer Officials
Officiating assistance is appreciated and very much needed. Qualified help and inexperienced help and some extra timing fingers are appreciated. The events can only be run if someone is here to help.

Awards
Will be given for 1^st – 3^rd place for each age division and will consist of a Blue, Red and White Sasquatch Foot.
 

Field Events
5:30 Long Jump (open pit - 3 jumps each)
5:30 High Jump (H.S. and older until 7:00)
5:30 Pole Vault (H.S. and older only)
5:30 Shot Put (open ring - 3 puts each)
5:30 Javelin (open runway - 3 throws each, age 13+)
6:30     *Cage Throw of the Week (open ring - 3 throws each)
7:00     Triple Jump (open pit - 3 jumps each)

Track Events
6:00 Hurdles (set-up your own lane)
6:15 400m Relay (any combination of athletes is welcome)
6:30 1500m run
6:45 50 yard dash (ages 8 and under)
6:55 400m dash
7:15 *Sprint of the week (100m or 200m)
7:25 800m run
7:40 *Distance Race of the week (5k or 3k Steeplechase)
8:30 1600 Relay (any kind of team is welcome

A big crowd may cause us to be a bit behind this schedule. We will try not to run ahead of this schedule but it could happen.
