Four Sasquatch Earn Post-Season Honors

Trevor LaHonta was named to the Eastern Region’s First Team as an outfielder.  A Freshman from Walnut Creek, California batted .353 which was good for fifth in the Eastern Region.  He led the Sasquatch Offense in Hits with 55, Average, and Games played with 42. 
DJ Smith was named to the Eastern Region’s first team as a Pitcher.   He is a sophomore from Ellensburg, Washington. Smith led Spokane in innings pitched with 78 and wins with six.  Smith had 76 strikeouts on the season which was good for third in the NWAACC. 
Donnie Santos was named to the Eastern Region’s Second Team as a Catcher.  Santos a sophomore from Spokane hit .285 with three homeruns and 21 RBI.  The three homeruns tied him for third in the Eastern Region.
Colin Peterson, a Freshman from Sehome High School in Bellingham, Washington was named to the Second Team as an Infielder. Peterson hit .312 with eight doubles both were good for second on the team.  Peterson was also named to the Eastern Region Gold Glove Team as a First Baseman.
