Damal Neil Signs with William Jessup
William Jessup University, located in Rocklin, California, recently announced the signing of Damal Neil for the men's basketball program.
Neil is a 6' 5'' post out of North Central High School in Spokane, Washington. He played at Community Colleges of Spokane the past two years for Coach Clint Hull twice making a run for the NWAACC Championship.
During his sophomore year, Damal led the Sasquatch to a 20-8, winning the Eastern Region. He was voted to the NWAACC Eastern Region All-Star Team as well as Team MVP. He averaged 13 points and 7 rebounds per game. During his freshman year, Damal played a pivotal role on a team that went 30-2 and advanced to the NWAACC championship game before falling by a single point to Yakima Valley.
"Damal is a great basketball player and a great person. His work ethic and leadership will help our program tremendously. I am really looking forward to working with him over the next few years," says Jessup Coach Aaron Muhic.
"I want to grow not only as a basketball player but as a person and I feel that Jessup can do that for me," added Neil.
