Lady Sasquatch Sign Four for 2008-09
The CCS Lady Sasquatch basketball team is proud to announce the signing of four outstanding high schools seniors for next year’s team. Clara Hull from Pateros High School, Meghan Eisenmann from Sentinel High School (Missoula), Brook Ferderer from Reardan High School and Kelsey Raines from Freeman High School have all signed letters of intent and will compete for CCS next year.
Hull is the most decorated player of the group, taking home the AP’s 1B Player of the Year Award. She was also voted the NCWA’s MVP, Second Team All-Tournament at the 1B State Tournament in Yakima, and was named Player of the Week by the Seattle Times. Her teammates at Pateros voted her MVP and Captain.
Meghan Eisenmann comes to CCS from Sentinel High School in Missoula, Montana where she played for legendary coach Karen Deden. Meghan was voted All-Conference both her junior and senior seasons, and was Honorable Mention to the All-State team this year. She will join her sister Rachel, who plays softball at CCS.
Brook Frederer averaged 18+ pts per game this past season at Reardan High School under the guidance of Head Coach Tiger Peone. For her outstanding effort on the court, Brook was voted to the First Team All-Bi-County League.
Kelsey Raines comes from 1A powerhouse Freeman, where she starred for Coach Matt Gregg. Kelsey received Northeast A League honors each of the past three years, capped by a First Team selection this year. Raines is also an accomplished softball player, and will compete for the Lady Sasquatch on the diamond as soon as the basketball season wraps up.
While the coaching staff continues the recruiting process, CCS is proud to have such an accomplished group committed to the program.
