Kenny Krestian is in his fourth season as the Community Colleges of Spokane’s men’s head coach. In his first three seasons Kenny has guided the Sasquatch to an Eastern Region Championship in 2007, NWAACC tournament finishes of third (2005) and second place (2007). Kenny spent the previous five years as the varsity boy’s and girl’s coach at Lewis & Clark High School, where he led both teams to their first championships. The girl’s team won the district championship while the boy’s team won three consecutive Greater Spokane League (GSL) titles, while placing second and fourth at the state finals.
Kenny, a Spokane native, attended Ferris High School. He continued his playing career at CCS where he was a NWAACC All-Star while obtaining his AA degree. Kenny then earned his bachelor’s degree from Whitworth College in 1999. Between 1995 and 2002 Kenny played in the USL with the Spokane Shadow soccer team. In the summer of 2004 Kenny finished his master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Eastern Washington University. Kenny’s playing and coaching experience along with his great soccer knowledge will be a great element of the men’s soccer program. Kenny currently holds his United States Soccer Federation "A" license. Kenny and his beautiful wife, Camille, are proud parents of Cade, their first son and are expecting a daughter in February.
