CCS Snaps Skid With a Clutch Win in Wenatchee, 64-62

The Lady Sasquatch finally showed a passion to win, and it showed up at the perfect time Saturday afternoon in Wenatchee.  The Knights of WVC held a nine point lead with less than 6 minutes to play.  But the leadership of Kellee Neal and the shooting of Kelsey Stillar brought the Bigfoot back to life with an 11-0 run.  During the run, Stillar hit two 3’s, Ashlee Michelson hit a 3, and Neal hit a pair of free throws.  From there, CCS was able to hang on by making it’s free throws and getting clutch stops on the defensive end.  Neal led the scoring effort with 18 points on 6 of 7 from the floor and 6 of 8 from the line.
