One night after setting a new career high, Ashlee Michelson did it again. This time, the sophomore forward played a remarkable 42 minutes and had 27 points, 11 rebounds and 5 steals to lead the Sasquatch to a gut wrenching double overtime victory over the Trojans of Everett. In a game that saw 10 ties and 19 lead changes, it was some clutch free throw shooting and impeccable offensive execution that allowed the Bigfoot to win. 

CCS trailed 66-60 with approximately 1:30 left to play when freshman Kelsey Stillar hit back to back threes – part of her 17 points and 4 three point total - to tie the score and force overtime. The first overtime saw each team score just three points, moving the game to a second overtime session. Sophomore Ren Mallory set the tone early in the second OT, scoring consecutive baskets that allowed the Bigfoot to build a lead they would not relinquish. Michelson’s foul shooting (4/4 in OT) put the game away to earn the Sasquatch their 5^th win of the season.

For their efforts, Ashlee Michelson and Kelsey Stillar were named to the Everett Classic All-Tournament Team. Over the three games Michelson averaged 16.3 points and 10 rebounds, while Stillar averaged 16 points and hit 11 three pointers.
