CCS Men's Golf Sign Coeur d'Alene Viking Standout Hunter Kraft

Head Men's Golf Coach Scott Kramer is proud to announce the signing of Hunter Kraft to join the Community Colleges of Spokane Men's Golf Team in the fall of 2012.

Kraft is a 3-year varsity member of the very successful Coeur d'Alene High School Golf Team.  Kraft recently shot 4-under par, 68 at the The Links Golf Club in Post Falls, ID during a high school league tournament.  During the high school districts and qualifying round for the Idaho State Golf Championships, Kraft shot a 2-over par, 72 to help lead his team to the District Championship.

Hunter is the 6th Viking golfer to join the Bigfoot Golf Program in the last 4 years.  He proceeds Tyler Johnson (LC State), Kyler Gable (LC State), Taylor Porter (Boise State), Alex Pounds (University of Idaho) and current CCS star, Andrew Roller (sophomore at CCS).

"We are extremely excited to have Hunter join our golf program next fall.  He has shot some impressive scores and I believe his best golf is ahead of him.  Coeur d'Alene High School does a fantastic job preparing their players to play college golf and our program has benefited greatly from CHS golfers."

Hunter and his CDA High School teammates will be participating in the Idaho State 5A Golf Championships May 14-15 in Idaho Falls, ID
