Pua Kaaloa

Waimanalo, HI
I have played setter, middle, outside and right side hitter, and libero/DS. I usually play as a setter or right side hitter. I started playing volleyball in a community league and then played club ever since I was 12. I played volleyball in middle school and played JV my 9th, 10th, and 11th grade in high school. Besides playing volleyball, I also played basketball throughout middle school and all 4 years of high school. I have been on academic honor roll all four years of high school and will be graduating with an honors diploma. I am attending Spokane Falls because I loved the atmosphere when I visited and I like the small size of the school. I also want to continue my volleyball career at the next level and grow as a person and player. Coming from Hawaii, it will definitely be a big transition, but I want to expand my horizons and see what the future has in store for me. I am excited to continue my volleyball career, make new friends, and learn how to be more independent in this upcoming 2017-2018 season.
