John Troppmann enters his 20th season as the Head Strength Coach for the Community Colleges of Spokane. The Sasquatch strength and conditioning program is headquartered in the new 3,500 square foot SCC weight room facility. The men’s basketball program at Spokane places a high importance on physical development. The year-round training program focuses on developing power and explosiveness. Student-athletes are also instructed on proper nutrition in order to maximize individual improvement.
Coach Troppmann says, “During your time at Community Colleges of Spokane, we will give you every opportunity to become bigger, faster, and stronger. There are four parts to our strength and conditioning program: the preseason program, the in-season program, the spring program and our summer online program which allows athletes to work out from anywhere. Our goal is to make sure that you maximize your physical development during your time as a basketball player at CCS.”
