Chana Owens, formerly Bonnett, began her career at the Community Colleges of Spokane during the 1999-00 season as a member of the women’s golf team. During both seasons at CCS Chana was named to the Eastern Region Team and NWAACC All-Conference Team. As a freshman Chana won NWAACC Medalist honors and led her team to the NWAACC Championship title. Her team also won the NWAACC Championships during the 2000-01 season.

Chana became an assistant women’s golf coach for CCS during the 2006-07 season. She is currently working at Esmeralda Golf Course and is an LPGA Apprentice Teaching Professional.
