“One of my primary objectives is to instill in my student-athletes the importance of attitude and to understand that they have a choice regarding the attitude they will embrace for that day. They must understand that we cannot change the past, we cannot change the fact that people will act a certain way. The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude. Teams and individuals that realize the importance of attitude will not only be successful on the field but in all aspects of their lives.”
