“During your time at Community Colleges of Spokane, we will give you every opportunity to become bigger, faster, and stronger. There are four parts to our strength and conditioning program: the preseason program, the in-season program, the spring program and our summer online program which allows athletes to work out from anywhere. Our goal is to make sure that you maximize your physical development during your time as a basketball player at CCS.”
