Sasquatch Close Out Classic With 89–70 Win Over Everett
Spokane capped off its three-game weekend on its home floor with another steady, complete performance, rolling past Everett to finish the Sasquatch Classic on a high note.
Spokane wrapped up its final game of the Sasquatch Classic with another strong showing on its home floor, rolling past Everett 89–70 on Sunday afternoon behind efficient scoring, steady ball movement, and a deep bench that continued to produce all weekend.
The Sasquatch controlled the pace early, taking a 43–32 lead into the break by attacking the paint and limiting Everett's second-chance looks. Spokane finished the afternoon shooting 45% from the field, knocking down 10 threes while winning the rebounding battle 40–38 and holding the Trojans to just 37% shooting.
Sophomore forward Javonte Boles powered Spokane's offense with a big double-double, 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Grant Olsen added another consistent performance with 18 points, 8 boards, and two made threes.
Freshman guard Jasahn Redmond added 9 points, and Eloy Chaparro steadied the backcourt with 3 assists and strong perimeter defense.
The Spokane bench remained a difference-maker throughout the Classic. Carson Way knocked down four threes on his way to 13 points, and Kymel Williams delivered one of the most complete lines of the game with 9 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals. Maven-Bell Toleafoa added toughness inside with 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 blocks.
Everett was led by Bubba Palacol's 21 points, but Spokane's depth, defensive pressure, and consistency across all five positions allowed the Sasquatch to maintain control from start to finish.
