Spokane erased an eight-point halftime deficit and held off a late push to secure a 75–73 victory over Columbia Basin on Saturday afternoon at Spokane Falls.
The Hawks controlled the opening half behind efficient shooting and strong guard play, taking a 38–30 lead into the break. Spokane struggled to find rhythm early but regrouped in the second half, tightening defensively and attacking the paint to flip momentum.
The Sasquatch outscored Columbia Basin 45–35 after halftime, fueled by consistent trips to the free-throw line and a physical presence on the glass. Grant Olsen delivered a steady performance with 18 points, knocking down all 10 of his free-throw attempts, while Jack Del Mese led Spokane in scoring with 19 points, connecting on five three-pointers.
