The Spokane men's basketball team picked up a road win Wednesday night, defeating Big Bend 80–72.
Spokane set the tone early, opening the game with a strong offensive showing and taking a 44–32 lead into halftime. The Sasquatch shot efficiently in the first half and used balanced scoring to build their advantage.
Big Bend responded after the break, outscoring Spokane 40–36 in the second half and trimming the deficit to single digits. Despite the late push, Spokane maintained control down the stretch, knocking down timely shots and limiting Big Bend's chances to complete the comeback.
Jack Del Mese led Spokane with a game-high 24 points, connecting on seven three-pointers. Grant Olsen followed with 18 points while adding six rebounds, and Kymel Williams contributed 12 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Javonte Boles added 10 points and nine rebounds to anchor Spokane inside.
