Being an athlete at Spokane Colleges has helped me develop discipline and strong time-management skills while balancing school and training. It’s taught me how to stay focused, push through challenges, and stay motivated even when things get tough. Being part of a team has also given me support and confidence, making my college experience more positive both academically and personally.
