Alex Wright Named NWAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Spokane’s Alex Wright has been named NWAC Athlete of the Week following a standout performance on the track.

Wright earned the weekly honor after turning in a record-setting performance in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. The Spokane distance runner clocked a time of 9:15.98, placing himself fourth all-time in Spokane program history in the event.
His performance continues a strong season for Wright and adds another mark in the Sasquatch record book. The recognition highlights both his individual achievement and Spokane's continued presence in NWAC track and field competition.
