Strong Home Finish for Sasquatch Men at Spokane Polo Grounds
On familiar ground in Airway Heights, the Spokane men’s cross country team ran with purpose, led by standout efforts across the board at the Sasquatch Invite.
The men's cross country team delivered an impressive performance at the Sasquatch Invite, held today at the Spokane Polo Grounds in Airway Heights, Washington. Competing on their home turf, the team showcased their strength and determination, with standout performances from our top five runners.
Leading the pack was Alex Wright, who finished with a great time of 25:44.9. Following Alex, Isaac Rigsby crossed the finish line with a strong time of 26:36.8, closely trailed by Calvin Lange, who clocked in at 26:40.0. Both runners displayed great tenacity and contributed significantly to the team's overall success.
Anders Neilson and Aaron Wright rounded out our top five, finishing with times of 26:43.2 and 26:44.9, respectively. Their consistent performances helped secure a solid team standing and highlighted the depth of talent within our squad.
The Sasquatch Invite provided a fantastic opportunity for our team to compete against strong contenders on familiar ground. The athletes' hard work and dedication were evident in their performances, and they have set a high standard for the rest of the season.
