Bio

Nicole Tiffany is entering her third season as an assistant coach for Spokane Colleges softball, bringing with her a strong playing background at the high school, junior college, and NCAA Division II levels.

A Spokane native and graduate of Lakeside High School, Tiffany was a decorated prep standout, earning second team all-state honors in 2011, followed by back-to-back first team all-state and all-league selections in 2012 and 2013. She was named League MVP in 2013.

Tiffany continued her career at Bellevue College, where she started both years in center field. As a sophomore, she batted .365 with 46 hits, 39 RBIs, 43 runs scored, eight doubles, a triple, and seven home runs in 41 games, earning second team all-region recognition in the NWAC.

She then transferred to Montana State University Billings (MSUB), competing in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) from 2016–2017. As a Yellowjacket, Tiffany started both seasons as a designated hitter while also seeing time at second and third base. She was a 2016 MSUB Newcomer of the Year nominee and a 2017 Academic All-Conference selection, closing her career with 63 hits, five doubles, five home runs, and 30 RBIs across two seasons.

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and brings a coaching philosophy that emphasizes the mental side of the game as much as the physical. She focuses on teaching athletes how to control both mind and body, while building strong team culture and giving back to the community.

Away from the field, Tiffany is a mom, a longtime Spokane softball player, and previously worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years as a prep cook and manager.
