Spokane dropped a home conference matchup Wednesday night, falling 62–46 to Walla Walla at Spokane Falls.
The Warriors, one of the top teams in the NWAC at 19–3 overall, set the tone early with an 18–10 first quarter advantage and maintained control throughout the game. Spokane battled in the second quarter and matched Walla Walla 16–16, but the Warriors pulled away again after halftime behind steady scoring and strong defense.
Alahondra Perez led Spokane with 15 points on 7-of-16 shooting, while Ayeris Jones added 10 points, including two three-pointers. Karis Santucci chipped in seven points off the bench.
Spokane struggled to find offensive rhythm, shooting 29 percent from the field and 4-of-24 from three-point range. Despite holding Walla Walla to just four made threes, the Warriors' balanced attack and rebounding edge helped secure the road win.
