Spokane women's soccer continued their strong form with a decisive 2-0 victory over Treasure Valley on the road in Ontario, Oregon. The Sasquatch set the tone early, displaying sharp execution and control that kept Treasure Valley on the defensive throughout the match.
Cora Murray opened the scoring in the 13th minute, calmly converting a penalty kick to give Spokane the early lead. Just 13 minutes later, Addy Nordean doubled the advantage with an unassisted goal, pushing the Sasquatch ahead 2-0 before halftime.
Spokane's attack kept the pressure on, generating 15 total shots with 11 on target. Defensively, Spokane was near flawless, allowing just one shot all match. Goalkeepers Danika Curtis and Mia Lewis split time in goal to combine for the clean sheet.
Treasure Valley's goalkeepers, Madison Oswald and Ashlynn Webb, faced heavy pressure throughout. Oswald allowed both first-half goals and made one save, while Webb entered in the second half and stopped all five shots that came her way.
