WHAT IS ONE THING YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO DO BEFORE A MEET?
Listen to my pre meet music and breathe.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING APART OF THIS TEAM?
My favorite thing is the fact that it feels like one bit family and everyone supports everyone.
WHY SPOKANE COLLEGES?
Because of the coaches and how they really care about every single one of their runners.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
I see myself going after what I want in life knowing I have the stability of people around me to support me. Hopefully having a family and maybe coaching some club distance team as I still will be running.
WHO IS ONE OF YOUR ROLE MODELS?
My dad cause of how much he has sacrificed for me and my brother when my mother left us when I was 5 working dawn to dusk in the military but still making time to help me get better at running and show up to all my school events.
WHAT HOBBIES OR INTERESTS DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF YOUR SPORT?
I just live being outdoors, fishing, being with my family. Spending time with the people who care for me as much as I care for them.
HOW HAS BEING AN ATHLETE AT SPOKANE COLLEGES SHAPED YOUR PERSONAL AND ACADEMIC LIFE?
It has shaped my life by having a team and coaches who care about me, which has made me fall in love with the sport all over again. Being a Spokane college athlete has shown me that there are bigger and better things beyond high school.
