Strong Showing for Sasquatch Women at Home Invite
The Spokane women’s cross country team delivered a strong showing at the Sasquatch Invite, competing with heart and precision on their home course at the Spokane Polo Grounds.
Today, our women's cross country team competed in the Sasquatch Invite, held at the Spokane Polo Grounds in Airway Heights, Washington. The team put forth a strong performance, showcasing their dedication and hard work.
Leading the pack for our team was Nevaeh Jasso, who delivered an impressive run, finishing with a time of 19:31.0. Courage Hightree followed with a solid time of 20:10.3, showing her consistency and determination on the course. Close behind was Jocelyn Serrano, who crossed the finish line at 20:17.3, just beating out Melissa Walker, who finished at 20:17.6. Both athletes displayed great teamwork and resilience throughout the race.
Rounding out our top five was Ashleigh Hightree, who completed the course in 20:23.5. Her effort contributed significantly to the team's overall performance.
