From the outset, Spokane took control of the game, with Cora Murray opening the scoring in the 17th minute, assisted by Kami Ellis. Just two minutes later, Mia Miconi doubled the lead, again with an assist from Ellis. Murray continued her impressive performance by scoring two more goals in the first half, completing a hat-trick by the 37th minute. Brooke Suter added to the tally just before halftime, making it 5-0.
The second half saw Spokane maintaining their dominance. Miconi scored her second goal of the match in the 48th minute, assisted by Murray, and completed her hat-trick in the 68th minute with help from Asia Roberts. Despite Wenatchee Valley's efforts, they were unable to break through Spokane's defense, managing only two shots throughout the game, with just one on target.
Spokane's goalkeeper, Danika Curtis, had a quiet afternoon, facing only one shot on goal, which she saved comfortably. In contrast, Wenatchee Valley's goalkeeper, Rayen Blue, was kept busy, making 13 saves from Spokane's 20 shots on target.
