Because of the coaches and how they really care about every single one of their runners.
 

WHO IS ONE OF YOUR ROLE MODELS & WHY?

My dad cause of how much he has sacrificed for me and my brother when my mother left us when I was 5 working dawn to dusk in the military but still making time to help me get better at running and show up to all my school events.
 

HOW HAS BEING AN ATHLETE AT SPOKANE COLLEGES SHAPED YOUR PERSONAL AND ACADEMIC LIFE?

It has shaped my life by having a team and coaches who care about me, which has made me fall in love with the sport all over again. Being a Spokane college athlete has shown me that there are bigger and better things outside of highschool.
